TASTINGS, GASTRONOMIC EXPERIENCES, AND COOKING WORKSHOPS

These terms and conditions govern the organization, booking, and participation in the gastronomic experiences, tastings, and culinary workshops offered by LOURDES PEÑA PABLOS (Lavetonia) through the website www.lavetonia.com and email hola@lavetonia.com.

The request or confirmation of a reservation implies the express acceptance of these general terms and conditions.

INDIVIDUALS

1.1. Types of reservations

a) Couples or small groups (fewer than 8 people)

In Salamanca, a is required. minimum of 2 people to carry out the experiment.
In Madrid, activities for small groups will be subject to availability and may be carried out. de forma privada or joining organized groups by Lavetonia
All experiences are upon request.
Requests will be answered within 24 to 48 hours.

b) Groups

Salamanca: minimum 8 people.
Madrid: minimum 12 people.
Workshop: “Wines with art and perfumes”: minimum 15 people.
Workshop: “Create your own vermouth”: minimum of 8 people in Salamanca and 15 in Madrid.
Groups larger than will not be admitted. 20 personas.
If exceeded, the group may be divided into two different schedules, if applicable.

1.2. Request, quote, and reservation

The experiences cannot be booked directly on the website: must be requested by email to hola@lavetonia.com, indicating:
- o Contact details.
- o Number of participants.
- o Proposed date.
- Location (Salamanca or Madrid).
- Type of experience or workshop desired.
The quote will be sent individually and will have a valid for 7 calendar days.
Para confirmar la reserva, se requiere un prepayment of €20 per person, which will be deducted from the total amount.
Payment terms for groups:
One week before the activity: pago total de la experiencia.
15 days before, if the activities are managed by third parties.
On the day of the reservationif it is done for the following day or on the same day as the experience.

Payment terms for 2 to 6 people:

3 days before the activityfull payment for the experience
On the day of the reservation, payment is made at the time

Payments can be made by Bizum or bank transfer, indicating in the concept: date, last name, and number of peopleCASH PAYMENTS ARE NOT ACCEPTED.
The receipt must be sent to hola@lavetonia.com.
Failure to pay within the deadlines may result in automatic cancellation of the reservation without the right to a refund.

1.3. Cancellation policy

If the cancellation is made more than 3 days in advance, the amount paid will be refunded, except for the €20 reservation fee, which are non-refundable.
If you communicate between 48 and 24 hours beforeentre 48 y 24 horas antes new date, subject to availability, but no refunds will be given.
If canceled the same day or the customer no-shows without prior notice, there will be no refund or rescheduling.
In the event of justified force majeure, the possibility of rescheduling the experience at no additional cost will be considered, without refunding the amount paid

1.4. Cancellations by Lavetonia

Lavetonia You may cancel or change the date of the experience for justified reasons (force majeure, illness, weather conditions, or lack of minimum capacity).
In this case, the customer may choose between:

Reschedule the experience for a new date, or
Request the full refund of the amounts paid, including the deposit amount.

1.5. Información sobre alergias e intolerancias alimentarias

The customer must inform in writing and sufficiently in advance of any allergy, intolerance, or dietary restrictionwhen submitting the application.

Lavetonia does not guarantee the total absence of traces or the elimination of the risk of cross-contamination, since the activities are not carried out in kitchens certified for this purpose.
In the event of omitting or incorrectly communicating such information, Lavetonia no se hace responsable of possible reactions or incidents.
Diets vegan, vegetarian, or gluten-free may only be offered if notified in advance and logistics permit.
Participants will not be admitted with severe intolerance to cross-contamination We apologize, but your safety is our top priority.

1.6. Rules of conduct and participation

Participation is limited to over 18 years old.
No entry permitted for individuals disguised as bachelor/bachelorette parties, except for exclusive reservations of the space and if the space allows it.
Lavetonia reserves the right to right of admission in the event of inappropriate or disrespectful behavior, or behavior that compromises the safety or enjoyment of the group.
If a participant is expelled for violating these rules, you will not be entitled to a refund.

TRAVEL AGENCIES AND COMPANIES

2.1 Request and quote

The tastings, workshops, and services for agencies or companies are quoted upon request and depending on the number of people, location, and type of experience.
The budget shall include:

Description of the service.
Prices, terms, and payment methods.
Cancellation policy and specific conditions.

Acceptance of the quote implies agreement with these general terms and conditions.

2.2. Reservations and payments

To confirm the reservation, a 30% deposit of the total amountunless otherwise agreed.
The remainder of the amount must be paid at least 15 days before the date of the activity.
The deposit non-refundable in the event of cancellation by the agency or end customer, except in cases of duly proven force majeure.
Failure to pay within the specified deadlines may result in automatic cancellation from the reserve without obligation to return.

2.3. Cancellations

Cancellations must be communicated in writing a hola@lavetonia.com.

Cancellations between 15 and 3 days before penalization of 50 % of the total amount.
Cancellations less than 72 hours in advance or non-attendance of the group: penalization of 100% of the amount.
In the event of force majeure, we will offer to reschedule the experience or change the date at no additional cost.

2.4. Responsibility of the agency or company The contracting agency or company shall be responsible for informing all participants of:

The conditions of the experience.
The rules regarding age, behavior, and safety.
The obligation to report allergies or intolerances.

Lavetonia shall not be liable for any omissions or errors in the communication of this information..

COMMON PROVISIONS

3.1. Health and safety

Participants must comply with safety and health standards during the activity.
Lavetonia is not responsible for incidents arising from failure to comply with these rules.

3.2. Intellectual property

All materials, recipes, content, and images used or provided during the activities are property of Lavetonia.
It is prohibited to reproduction, recording, distribution, or commercial use without written permission.

3.3. Privacy Policy

The personal data provided will be processed in accordance with the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and the Organic Law 3/2018 (LOPDGDD).
They will be used exclusively for managing reservations, billing, and communications related to activities.
The customer may exercise their rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, and objection by writing to hola@lavetonia.com.

3.4. Force majeure

Lavetonia is not responsible for delays, modifications, or cancellations due to causes beyond its control (weather conditions, strikes, pandemics, natural disasters, etc.).
In such cases, alternatives or rescheduling will be offered without any obligation for a full refund.

3.5. Applicable law and jurisdiction

These terms and conditions are governed by the Spanish legislation.
For any dispute arising from its interpretation or execution, both parties expressly submit to the Courts and Tribunals of Salamanca, waiving any other jurisdiction.
