General Conditions
Tastings and/or culinary workshops.
For Individuals:
- •In Salamanca: a minimum of 8 participants is required. un mínimo de 8 personas.
- •In Madrid: a minimum of 12 participants is required. mínimo de 12 personas.
- •For the "Wine with Art and Perfumes Workshop," a minimum of 15 participants is required.
NOTES:
Arte y vino/ perfumes y vino solo se realiza en Madrid (You can propose Salamanca and we will evaluate the possibility).
•The "Create Your Own Vermouth" workshop requires a minimum of 8 participants in Salamanca and 15 participants in Madrid.
•All workshops and tastings are subject to prior request.
•Requests will be responded to within 24-48 hours.
- •Groups exceeding 20 participants are not allowed.
- Nota: Note: If this limit is exceeded, the group will be divided into two, at different times, if applicable.
For Tastings at the Restaurant in Madrid:
- •A minimum of 2 participants and a maximum of 8 participants are required.
For Travel Agencies:
- •Tastings, workshops, and other services are quoted upon request based on the number of participants specified.
Prices, Reservations, and Payment Methods
For Individuals:
- •Prices are not listed on the website as each request is personalized. A customized quote will be provided based on the client’s requirements.
- •The request must include the following details:
- o Contact information.
- o Number of participants.
- o Proposed date.
- Location: Salamanca or Madrid
- o Desired experience.
- Lead time: Requests must be submitted at least 15 days in advance.
- Quote validity: Quotes are valid for 7 days from the date of issue.
- Reservation confirmation:
- •A prepayment of €20 per person is required, which will be deducted from the total amount.
- •The remaining balance must be paid as follows:
- o 1 week before the activity for standard tastings.
- o 15 days before for activities managed by third parties.
- o On the same day,, if the reservation is made on the day of the activity.
Payment Methods:
- A través de Bizum o transferencia bancaria.
- • It is mandatory to include the following details in the payment reference: the date of the tasting, the last name, and the number of participants. The payment receipt must be sent to hola@aliceblue-mule-324162.hostingersite.com.
For Travel Agencies:
- • According to the terms of the agreed contract.
Cancellation conditions
- Cancellations are not permitted:
- • Once the reservation is confirmed, cancellations are not allowed.
- • In case of force majeure, the client must contact Lavetonia to explore possible solutions. In no case will the amount paid be refunded, although the date may be modified
- Penalties:
- • Cancellation within the same week as the tasting: €10 per person.
- • For activities managed by third parties, the cancellation policy of the respective provider will apply.
- Cancellations by Lavetonia:
- • Due to force majeure or failure to meet the minimum number of participants (8 people in Salamanca and 12 in Madrid).
- • In such cases, the amount paid will be refunded, or an alternative date will be offered.
- Options in case of insufficient participants:
- • The client may cover the cost of the missing slots to meet the minimum required.
- Lavetonia reserves the right to cancel the reservation if payment deadlines specified in these terms are not met.
For Travel Agencies:
- • According to the terms of the agreed contract.
Conditions
For Travel Agencies and Individuals:
- • Access will not be allowed to individuals dressed for bachelor/bachelorette parties unless the gastronomic space has been reserved exclusively.
- • Participation is limited to individuals over the age of 18.
- • Pets are not allowed unless prior authorization is obtained from the gastronomic space.
Responsibilities
For Travel Agencies and Individuals:
- • Acceptance of Conditions: The client accepts these general conditions upon confirming the reservation.
- • Minimum Age: The client must be of legal age to make the reservation.
- Allergies and Intolerances:
- • The client must notify Lavetonia of any allergies or food intolerances at the time of the request.
- • Lavetonia is not responsible for adverse reactions if this information is not provided.
- • Participants with intolerance to cross-contamination will not be accepted.
- • Vegan or gluten-free options may be considered upon prior notification.
- Limitations: Lavetonia does not act as a travel agency. Clients are responsible for ensuring they have the necessary documentation and travel insurance.
Service Exclusively for Travel Agencies:
Wine tourism consultancy
- • Lavetonia offers wine tourism consulting services and does not act as a travel agency.
- • Lavetonia is not responsible for services provided by third parties.
- • It is the client's responsibility to secure travel insurance and ensure their documentation is in order.
- • Quote Validity: Quotes are valid for 7 days. After this period, availability and prices may vary unless specific exceptions are indicated in the email.
For Individuals and Travel Agencies
Privacy Policy and Data Protection
- • By making a reservation, the client agrees that their personal data will be processed in accordance with the current data protection regulations (e.g., General Data Protection Regulation - GDPR).
- • Data will only be used for managing the reservation, sending communications related to the reservation, and, if applicable, promotional information from Lavetonia.
- • Clients may exercise their rights of access, rectification, cancellation, and opposition by emailing hola @lavetonia .com .
Intellectual Property
- Todos los materiales, recetas y contenidos entregados durante las catas y talleres son propiedad intelectual de Lavetonia.
- Está prohibida su reproducción, distribución o uso con fines comerciales sin la autorización previa por escrito de Lavetonia.
Modificaciones de las condiciones generales
- • All materials, recipes, and content provided during tastings and workshops are the intellectual property of Lavetonia.
- • Reproduction, distribution, or use for commercial purposes is prohibited without prior written authorization from Lavetonia.
Modifications to General Conditions
- • Lavetonia reserves the right of admission in cases of inappropriate, disrespectful behavior or actions that endanger the safety of attendees or staff.
- • No refunds will be issued if a client is expelled for violating the code of conduct.
Safety and Hygiene
- • Participants must follow the safety and hygiene rules established during activities.
- • Lavetonia is not responsible for incidents resulting from non-compliance with these rules by the client.
Force Majeure
- • Lavetonia is not responsible for delays, modifications, or cancellations caused by circumstances beyond its control, such as adverse weather conditions, natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, or other force majeure events.
- • In such cases, Lavetonia will offer viable alternatives whenever possible but does not guarantee a full refund of the amount paid.
Jurisdiction and Applicable Law
- • These general conditions will be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the country where Lavetonia is based.
- • In the event of a dispute, both parties submit to the jurisdiction of the courts at Lavetonia's domicile, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction.
