When I launched Lavetonia, I did so with a clear idea in mind: to share the the authentic flavors of Salamanca through wine experiences and tastings pensadas para disfrutar, aprender y descubrir.
I wanted travelers to experience the gastronomic richness of our land—its artisan products, its wines, its stories, and its people.
From day one, wine tastings in Salamanca were much more than an activity: they became moments of connection, conversation, and pride in what is ours.
But soon, one question started to come up again and again:
“Where can I buy these products from Salamanca?”
“Do you have an online shop?”
“I’d love to take this home.”
And that’s how the next stage of this project began: Lavetonia Souvenirs.
