I am a big fan of Japanese culture, I decided to include this option thanks to my friend F.J Cazorla from ‘Phosphoros’ who made me some wonderful drawings where I can show the beauty of the elaboration of this drink with my particular way of telling it

Besides, I learnt with Miguel Ángel Hernández in ‘More Than Wines’ the introductory level of this drink as a Sake Sommelier.
