Types of reservations<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-a-parejas-o-grupos-reducidos-menos-de-8-personas\">a) Couples or small groups (fewer than 8 people)<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>In <strong>Salamanca<\/strong>, a is required. <strong>minimum of 2 people<\/strong> to carry out the experiment.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>In <strong>Madrid<\/strong>, activities for small groups will be subject to availability and may be carried out. <strong>de forma privada<\/strong> or <strong>joining organized groups<\/strong> by Lavetonia<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>All experiences are <strong>upon request<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Requests will be answered within <strong>24 to 48 hours<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-b-grupos\">b) Groups <\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Salamanca:<\/strong> minimum 8 people.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Madrid:<\/strong> minimum 12 people.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Workshop: \u201cWines with art and perfumes\u201d<\/strong>: minimum 15 people.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Workshop: \u201cCreate your own vermouth\u201d<\/strong>: minimum of 8 people in Salamanca and 15 in Madrid.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Groups larger than will not be admitted. <strong>20 personas<\/strong>.<br>If exceeded, the group may be divided into <strong>two different schedules<\/strong>, if applicable.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-1-2-solicitud-presupuesto-y-reserva\">1.2. Request, quote, and reservation<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The experiences <strong>cannot be booked directly on the website<\/strong>: must be requested by email to <strong><a>hola@lavetonia.com<\/a><\/strong>, indicating:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>o Contact details.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>o Number of participants.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>o  Proposed date.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Location (Salamanca or Madrid).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Type of experience or workshop desired.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The quote will be sent individually and will have a <strong>valid for 7 calendar days<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Para confirmar la reserva, se requiere un <strong>prepayment of \u20ac20 per person<\/strong>, which will be deducted from the total amount.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Payment terms for groups:<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>One week before the activity<\/strong>: pago total de la experiencia.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>15 days before<\/strong>, if the activities are managed by third parties.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>On the day of the reservation<\/strong>if it is done for the following day or on the same day as the experience.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-plazos-de-pago-de-2-a-6-personas\">Payment terms for 2 to 6 people:<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>3 days before the activity<\/strong>full payment for the experience<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>On the day of the reservation<\/strong>, payment is made at the time<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-plazos-de-pago-grupos\">Payment terms for groups:<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>One week before the activity<\/strong>full payment for the experience<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>15 days before<\/strong>, if the activities are managed by third parties.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>On the day of the reservation<\/strong>if it is done for the following day or on the same day as the experience.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Payments can be made by <strong>Bizum or bank transfer<\/strong>, indicating in the concept: <em>date, last name, and number of people<\/em>CASH PAYMENTS ARE NOT ACCEPTED.<br>The receipt must be sent to <strong><a>hola@lavetonia.com<\/a><\/strong>.<br>Failure to pay within the deadlines may result in <strong>automatic cancellation of the reservation without the right to a refund.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-1-3-condiciones-de-cancelacion\">1.3. Cancellations by Lavetonia<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Lavetonia<\/strong> You may cancel or change the date of the experience for justified reasons (force majeure, illness, weather conditions, or lack of minimum capacity).<br>In this case, the customer may choose between:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Reschedule the experience for a new date, or<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Request the <strong>full refund<\/strong> of the amounts paid, including the deposit amount.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-1-5-informacion-sobre-alergias-e-intolerancias-alimentarias\">1.5. Rules of conduct and participation<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Participation is limited to <strong>over 18 years old<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>No entry permitted for individuals <strong>disguised as bachelor\/bachelorette parties<\/strong>, except for exclusive reservations of the space and if the space allows it.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Lavetonia<\/strong> reserves the right to <strong>right of admission<\/strong> in the event of inappropriate or disrespectful behavior, or behavior that compromises the safety or enjoyment of the group.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If a participant is expelled for violating these rules, <strong>you will not be entitled to a refund.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-agencias-de-viajes-y-empresas\">TRAVEL AGENCIES AND COMPANIES<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-2-1-solicitud-y-presupuesto\">2.1 Request and quote<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>The tastings, workshops, and services for agencies or companies are <strong>quoted upon request<\/strong> and depending on the number of people, location, and type of experience.<br>The budget shall include:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Description of the service.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Prices, terms, and payment methods.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Cancellation policy and specific conditions.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Acceptance of the quote implies agreement with these general terms and conditions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-2-2-reserva-y-pagos\">2.2. Reservations and payments<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>To confirm the reservation, a <strong>30% deposit of the total amount<\/strong>unless otherwise agreed.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The <strong>remainder of the amount<\/strong> must be paid <strong>at least 15 days before the date of the activity.<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The deposit <strong>non-refundable<\/strong> in the event of cancellation by the agency or end customer, except in cases of duly proven force majeure.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Failure to pay within the specified deadlines may result in <strong>automatic cancellation<\/strong> from the reserve without obligation to return.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-2-3-cancelaciones\">2.3. Responsibility of the agency or company The contracting agency or company shall be responsible for informing all participants of:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The conditions of the experience.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The rules regarding age, behavior, and safety.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The obligation to report allergies or intolerances.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Lavetonia shall not be liable for any omissions or errors in the communication of this information.<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-disposiciones-comunes\">COMMON PROVISIONS<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-3-1-seguridad-e-higiene\">3.1. Health and safety<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Participants must <strong>comply with safety and health standards<\/strong> during the activity.<br><strong>Lavetonia<\/strong> is not responsible for incidents arising from failure to comply with these rules.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-3-2-propiedad-intelectual\">3.2. Intellectual property<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>All materials, recipes, content, and images used or provided during the activities are <strong>property of Lavetonia<\/strong>.<br>It is prohibited to <strong>reproduction, recording, distribution, or commercial use<\/strong> without written permission.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-3-3-politica-de-privacidad\">3.3. Privacy Policy<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>The personal data provided will be processed in accordance with the <strong>Regulation (EU) 2016\/679 (GDPR)<\/strong> and the <strong>Organic Law 3\/2018 (LOPDGDD)<\/strong>.<br>They will be used exclusively for managing reservations, billing, and communications related to activities.<br>The customer may exercise their rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, and objection by writing to <strong><a>hola@lavetonia.com<\/a><\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-3-4-fuerza-mayor\">3.4. Force majeure<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Lavetonia<\/strong> is not responsible for delays, modifications, or cancellations due to causes beyond its control (weather conditions, strikes, pandemics, natural disasters, etc.).<br>In such cases, alternatives or rescheduling will be offered without any obligation for a full refund.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-3-5-legislacion-aplicable-y-jurisdiccion\">3.5.
