January is usually the month of reflections, endless lists of resolutions, and solemn promises.

It sounds very cool<\/em>, very on trend\u2014yes.
But above all, it\u2019s honest.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

What I really feel like doing is continuing to enjoy what already works: seeing how my travelers discover Salamanca<\/strong> from a different perspective, how they\u2019re surprised when they taste local wines, how they come to understand that Salamanca is also a city for drinking slowly.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
